Resist

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 2026-10-17. How to cancel and when refunds apply.

What you are buying

Resist is a recurring digital subscription (SaaS) for Android accountability features. Access is delivered digitally through the app after payment succeeds. There is no physical product.

How to cancel

Open Billing in the Resist Android app and choose Cancel subscription. Auto-renew stops. Monitoring and partner alerts keep working until the end of the period you already paid for, and your partner is told that you cancelled. Uninstalling the app, turning monitoring off, or disabling permissions does not cancel your subscription and does not by itself stop renewals or create a right to a refund.

When refunds apply

  • Duplicate or failed charges: Contact us promptly; we will investigate with our payment partner and refund confirmed erroneous charges.
  • Service not delivered: If you paid and could not access paid features due to a verified fault on our side, we may offer a prorated refund or credit at our discretion.

When refunds generally do not apply

  • Change of mind after successful use of paid features in a billing period.
  • Failure to cancel before the next renewal date.
  • Device or app issues on your side that prevent normal use.
  • Expectations that Resist blocks sites or catches every action (see Terms).
  • Evasion or disabling protection: no refund if you (or someone using the device) take steps that break or hinder monitoring or the purpose of the app after paying—for example uninstalling Resist, turning monitoring off, denying or revoking required permissions, or otherwise actively avoiding partner alerts. In those cases you chose not to use the accountability features you paid for.
